Refunds & Returns

Returns:

No returns on coins. All coin sales are final.

Jewelry, handbags and watches may be returned for a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase for any reason as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sold and no custom sizing or alterations took place. 

Between 14 - 30 days after purchase, jewelry, handbags and watches may be returned with a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued in the form of cash or company check.

Between 30 - 60 days of purchase, the customer can sell it back to us at 65% of the sale price or fair market value, whichever is higher.

Between 1 - 60 days of purchase we offer 65% of the sale price on a loan or fair market value, whichever is higher.

After 60 days of purchase we will buy or loan on the item at fair market value. 

 

Exchanges:

No exchanges on coins. Buy them at fair market value.

Jewelry, bags and watches may be exchanged for full price within 30 days of purchase for any reason as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sold and no custom sizing was included. Return it in Pawnmaster to store credit and resell the new item. If the new item is less than the store credit amount, pay out the difference if it’s the first 14 days (see a manager to pay the difference). Keep it as a credit if it’s after 14 days. 

If an item comes in for exchange and the original broker is not available to help that customer - any broker may help. The amount returned will be taken away from the original broker and the new amount will be applied to the original broker up to the original gross sale amount. Any amount above the original amount will be applied to the new broker who just up-sold the customer. Since this is the policy across the board, it’s in the best interest of all brokers to offer excellent customer service to exchange customers - even if they are not the original broker. 

Between 30 - 60 days, there are no exchanges. Buy or loan the item at 65% of the sale price and sell them a new item. 

After 60 days, buy the item at fair market value.
